Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Wedding/Event Sales Executive to join our event company. This role is focused on generating leads, converting inquiries, and driving revenue by closing wedding and event bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of client needs, and a passion for the events and wedding industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, walk-ins, social media inquiries, etc.


Convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding client requirements and offering suitable packages.


Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and customized proposals.


Meet prospective clients, give venue/showroom tours, and represent the company at meetings or exhibitions.


Maintain strong follow-ups and close deals within defined timelines.


Maintain CRM records of client interactions, status updates, and conversion rates.


Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, logistics, etc.) to ensure client expectations are aligned.


Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.


Maintain market awareness and stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitors.
