Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Wedding Planner role based in Indore. The Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, including event design, vendor management, budgeting, and ensuring seamless execution. Additional responsibilities include managing client expectations, overseeing logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to create unforgettable wedding experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning to manage various aspects of weddings effectively.
Strong financial skills, including Budgeting, to manage costs while adhering to client requirements.
Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, clients, and team members.
Prior experience in event or wedding planning is highly desirable.
Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage on-site operations seamlessly.
Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, including weekends, for event execution.
