Wedding Planner

he Wedding Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of wedding planning to create seamless and unforgettable events for our clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and creative individual who can manage multiple tasks and vendors while providing exceptional customer service. They will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, handling all details from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation and Relationship Management:
• Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, budget, and preferences.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and feedback.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and manage detailed wedding timelines, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors (e.g., caterers, decorators, photographers, florists) to ensure all aspects are planned and executed smoothly.
• Assist with the selection of venues, themes, and decor that align with the client's vision.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure all agreements are documented and adhered to.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
