The Role

We are looking for Wedding Photographers & Cinematographers who can capture weddings with a cinematic eye and luxury sensibility. This role is not just about clicking or shooting — it’s about telling emotional stories through timeless visuals that reflect Novella’s luxury ethos.

A strong plus would be the ability to also edit photos or videos, ensuring consistency from capture to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture weddings, pre-weddings, and luxury events with cinematic precision and storytelling.
• Work closely with creative directors and editors to align with client vision and brand moodboards.
• Operate and manage high-end cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting setups.
• Deliver consistent visuals that match Novella’s luxury positioning.
• Collaborate with editing teams, and when required, perform basic video or photo editing.
• Travel extensively for domestic and international wedding projects.
• Manage deadlines and ensure artistic quality even in high-pressure timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of wedding photography/cinematography experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury or large-scale weddings.
• Technical mastery with high-end gear, lighting, and on-ground execution.
• Passion for storytelling, emotions, and attention to luxury details.
• Bonus: Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci) or photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Comfortable with 6-day work weeks, late nights, and dynamic schedules.
