Experience Destination (ED) is a travel company dedicated to curating authentic and personalized journeys in Northeast India. We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who can own our website, manage integrations, and support our digital growth.

Role Overview

As a Website & Tech Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for everything digital at ED—from keeping our WordPress site attractive and functional to ensuring all our tools and campaigns are seamlessly connected. You’ll play a key role in driving value across website management, technical integrations, and digital marketing support.

What You’ll Do

Website Ownership:

• Maintain and update our WordPress website.
• Implement design tweaks to improve look, feel, and performance.
• Ensure smooth hosting, security, and functionality.

Tech Integrations

• Manage hosting, domains, and backend setup.
• Integrate website forms, Google & Meta leads with our CRM.
• Support linking internal tools and softwares with the website.

Digital Campaign Support

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
• Track results, build Excel/Google Sheet dashboards, and suggest improvements.
• Share insights to boost ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Innovation & Value Creation

• Proactively suggest website, integration, and campaign enhancements.
• Stay updated on the latest digital/tech trends to keep ED ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with WordPress (bonus: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP basics).
• Strong understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, and server-side basics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools & integrations (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis & reporting.
• Problem-solver mindset with ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of SEO basics.
• Very basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) for website assets.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or digital agency setups.
