As a Website Sales Dispatch Customer Care representative at Kapoor Lehenga and Saree, you will play a key role in managing daily dispatch operations for online orders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. You will be the point of contact for handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints, providing excellent customer service through various communication channels. In this full-time on-site role located in Surat, you will work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate shipments, process returns, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Your role will require strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the warehouse and sales teams. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in customer care, inquiry handling, and complaint resolution. Proficiency in managing dispatch operations and logistics is essential, along with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software for tracking orders is also required. While experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
