Job Description

1. Technical Skills

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Backend knowledge in Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby (as applicable)
Familiarity with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems, especially Git
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
Knowledge of web performance optimization
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Shopify (if relevant)

2. Design & UX

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to translate design mockups (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) into functional web pages

3. Testing & Debugging

Experience with browser debugging tools
Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress) is a plus

4. Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Good communication skills to coordinate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

5. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of professional experience in web development (for junior/mid-level roles)
Portfolio of completed web projects or GitHub profile showcasing work

6. Optional / Bonus Skills

Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment)
Familiarity with SEO best practices
Experience with e-commerce development
Understanding of security principles in web applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
