Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion tools. Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Strong understanding of composition, timing, storytelling, and visual design. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills. A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sound design and audio syncing. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and designing for interactivity. Basic knowledge of video editing and color grading.
