About the Position: Are you a passionate developer who loves solving problems independently and thrives in a dynamic environment? Do you enjoy working across technologies and frameworks to build seamless digital experiences? If so, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Develop, customise, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, high-quality code Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP and JavaScript code Optimise website performance, speed, and SEO Work with APIs, databases, and third-party integrations Collaborate on occasional app development projects (basic or hybrid apps) Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensure robust code and smooth functionality What We’re Looking For: 1+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, CMS customisation) Proficiency in PHP , JavaScript , MySQL , CSS , and HTML Working knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Experience using Git or other version control tools Basic experience with mobile/web app development (e.g., hybrid apps, APIs, or frameworks like Flutter/React Native – a plus) Strong attention to detail and coding standards Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Comfortable translating business or client requirements into technical execution Preferred Skills: Experience building dynamic or content-heavy portals Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop , Figma, or similar Understanding of hosting, DNS, and deployment processes Laravel experience is a plus, but not mandatory Qualifications: Degree in BCA / MCA / B.E / B.Tech (IT or related field) preferred Minimum 1 year of professional experience required Think you’re a fit?
