About the Role

Website Designer & Developer

Responsibilities:

Design (UI/UX Focus):

Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design improvements
Maintain and evolve design systems and brand consistency across digital platforms

Development (Front-end & Back-end):

Convert UI designs into functional websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
Build and customize websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS
Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
Implement basic backend functionalities, API integrations, and database management as needed
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Web Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
Proficient in UI/UX tools:
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or jQuery a plus)
Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or others
Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, or other backend technologies is a plus
Understanding of SEO best practices and website accessibility
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub)
