Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with drafting, editing, organizing, and uploading website content
  • Help update page layouts, structure, and navigation using a CMS (no coding required)
  • Coordinate with team members on design updates and content requirements
  • Conduct basic quality checks for accuracy, formatting, and mobile responsiveness
  • Support SEO tasks such as keyword placement, titles, and metadata updates


Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed studies in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related fields
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix) is a plus, but no coding required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow content guidelines


Preferred

  • Experience with visual or layout tools, or/and;
  • Interest in digital content, user experience, or website project coordination
