Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & WordPress Website Manager to manage, grow, and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, maintaining our WordPress website, and designing visual assets using Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)

* Create, schedule, and analyze engaging social media content and campaigns

* Maintain and update WordPress websites, blogs & LMS courses including plugins, SEO, and performance

* Design graphics, banners, and social media posts using Canva

* Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaigns with business goals

* Monitor online engagement and provide regular reports on performance metrics

* Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

* Stay up-to-date with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience in social media management and WordPress website management

* Proficiency in Canva for creating graphics and visual content

* Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics tools

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

* Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with social media management

* Knowledge of WordPress management

* Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp)

* Canva graphic designing
