Description JDwebMethods Support (AMS) Role Candidates should have hands-on experience in wM Support activities. Experience with ServiceNow managing tickets (Incidents, SRs, Change Management etc) Expertise in Triaging the Production Issues. Good exposure of webMethods Product Suite i.e. TN, UM, API Gateway, MFT etc. Knowledge on admin activities i.e. Certificate management, memory, health checks etc Good debugging Communication skills. Exp 5-6 Years Named Job Posting? (if Yes - needs to be approved by SCSC) Additional Details Global Grade B Level To Be Defined Named Job Posting?
