Webinar Organizer and Closer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Webinar Planning and Organization:

    • Schedule and coordinate webinars, ensuring all details are perfectly aligned with AIVIDYA.org's standards.
    • Manage webinar registration processes and maintain attendee databases.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and speakers to prepare engaging content.
    • Set up webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and ensure technical readiness.
  2. Marketing and Promotion:

    • Promote webinars via email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
    • Create and distribute professional-quality webinar invitations and reminders.
    • Track and analyze metrics like registrations and engagement to optimize future webinars.
  3. Webinar Hosting and Support:

    • Host or moderate live webinars, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for attendees.
    • Manage interactive elements such as Q&A sessions and polls.
    • Record and archive webinars for on-demand access and future use.
  4. Sales and Closing:

    • Build relationships with webinar participants and address inquiries during and after the event.
    • Follow up with leads via email, phone, or video calls to convert them into students or clients.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively.
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of webinar activities, registrations, and sales progress.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance webinar strategies and maximize conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in webinar organization, event planning, or a related role.
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar, Webex).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media promotion.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
  • Comfortable moderating webinars and public speaking.

Work Hours & Compensation:

  • Part-time position (1020 hours per week), with flexibility depending on webinar schedules.
  • Competitive hourly rate with bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
