We're looking for a self-driven & ambitious web3 graphic designer who can effortlessly translate ideas into captivating visuals, catering to the diverse needs of marketing, sales, business development, and product initiatives. 

The ideal Quill should bring a strong creative vision, solid execution skills, and a portfolio that speaks for itself. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across the org, craft forward-thinking designs, and be our go-to design powerhouse.

What you will do:

• Craft innovative and captivating illustrations, logos, and digital assets that leave a lasting impression.
• Design clean and user-friendly UI for different products and make sure they are compatible with multiple devices.
• Conceptualize and bring to life impactful social media creatives, sales creatives, brochures, infographics and annual/industry reports.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing & content team to understand project objectives and create designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement with our target audience.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining attention to detail and design excellence
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables

❇️ What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience of at least 1+ years as a graphic designer, preferably in web3/fintech space.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite - (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other common graphic design tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback from stakeholders
