❇️ What you'll be doing:

We’re looking for a dynamic growth leader who can move fast, think big, and thrive in the fast-evolving world of Web3. The ideal candidate will bring energy, positivity, and a hands-on approach to building relationships, driving partnerships, and engaging with communities across the crypto and Web3 ecosystem.

⚪️ Organize and execute partnerships, AMAs, and livestreams to nurture leads and strengthen community relationships.

⚪️ Build and maintain strong networks across Crypto Twitter, Farcaster, Baseapp, Zora, and the broader Base ecosystem.

⚪️ Stay on top of crypto, Web3, and crypto+AI trends, actively contributing informed opinions and thought leadership.

⚪️ Understand the product, company vision, and mission to create impactful content aligned with goals.

⚪️ Contribute to content creation for Twitter, Mirror blogs, and other channels.

⚪️ Develop strategies for product distribution and audience growth through short videos, social posts, and community-driven campaigns.

⚪️ Manage and engage communities across Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, and Baseapp.

⚪️ Collaborate with and lead a team, ensuring execution excellence through clear strategies and leadership.

⚪️ Utilize tools like Notion, Docs, and social media calendars for efficient planning and coordination.

❇️ What we are looking for:

⚪️ Proven expertise in Crypto Twitter, Farcaster, Baseapp, Zora, and Base ecosystem.

⚪️ Solid understanding of AI Agents and LLMs within crypto and Web3 contexts.

⚪️ Active participation in strong crypto communities across Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, and Baseapp.

⚪️ Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present confidently.

⚪️ Strong knowledge of mindshare platforms such as Kaito, Cookie, and Wallchain.

⚪️ Familiarity with the virtual/creator bid ecosystem and community-building strategies.

⚪️ Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow a team.

⚪️ Hunger for continuous learning and personal/professional growth.

⚪️ Deep understanding of crypto tokens, tokenomics, and decentralized exchanges (Uniswap, Aerodrome, Cowswap).

⚪️ Knowledge of popular wallets including MetaMask, Phantom, and others.
