Web3 Community Growth & Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Community & Marketing Associate to grow and engage our Web3 community across platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord. You will play a key role in building brand presence, creating compelling content, and fostering strong connections with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, grow, and manage vibrant Web3 communities on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to drive awareness, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels — posts, graphics, memes, newsletters, and announcements.
• Respond to community queries, moderate discussions, and ensure healthy, positive interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and run campaigns, AMAs, giveaways, and other interactive events.
• Analyze community metrics and feedback to improve engagement and growth strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Web3, crypto, and blockchain communities.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in community management, marketing, or social media (Web3 or crypto space preferred).
• Proven experience managing communities on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Strong content creation skills — copywriting and basic graphic design (Canva or similar tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Passionate about blockchain, crypto, NFTs, or related ecosystems.

Good to Have:

• Experience with influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for social media and community insights.
• Prior involvement in a DAO, NFT project, or crypto startup community.
