###About the Project

We are working on a web marketing and landing page optimization project for a small-to-medium-sized wellness business (stretching and training studio) in Japan.

With a focus on speed, clarity, and execution, we translate well-defined wireframes and content drafts into clean, structured Figma designs that our engineers can smoothly implement.

###What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a designer with Figma expertise who possesses the following skills:

・Ability to quickly output designs in Figma based on confirmed drafts and requirements

・Ability to clearly organize Figma files (components, layers, naming conventions) for handover to engineering

・Ability to work closely with engineers to adjust designs to fit implementation constraints

・Ability to focus on practical, conversion-driven landing page design rather than purely artistic work

###Key Responsibilities

・Create landing page/web page designs quickly and accurately in Figma

・Adjust and refine designs based on feedback

・Structure Figma files to fit your engineering workflow

・Support a smooth handover to implementation (STUDIO/Web)

###Required Skills

・Extensive experience with Figma (auto-layout, components, file structure)

・Experience designing landing pages or marketing-focused web pages (continuous UI/UX analysis and improvement)

・Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

・A strong desire to respond quickly and report, contact, and consult

###Nice to have

・Experience working with engineers and no-code tools

・Understanding conversion-driven design

・Experience working in startups and fast-paced projects
