Salary : 10 to 20 Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Mobile Developer with expertise in both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of iOS and Android developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and leadership capabilities to drive excellence in mobile app development. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of iOS and Android developers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and planning to deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure the implementation of best practices in mobile development, including code quality, performance optimization, and security. Review and optimize existing codebases, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and best practices. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with backend systems. Identify technical challenges and provide solutions to enhance the performance, security, and scalability of mobile applications. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development and implement them where applicable. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, and Flutter (or React Native). Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience in deploying mobile applications to App Store and Google Play Store. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills Experience with cross-platform development frameworks like Flutter or React Native. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or PHP. Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
