Web Developer / Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Web Developer / Technical Support Specialist to handle the backend and technical needs of client websites. This role ensures our client websites remain fast, secure, functional, and updated at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot client websites (WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms).
• Implement backend fixes, server optimizations, and integrations with APIs or third-party tools.
• Perform routine website health checks (speed, uptime, plugin/theme updates, security patches).
• Handle custom development tasks such as landing page builds, form integrations, or new features.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to deliver client requests on time.
• Ensure best practices for SEO-readiness, performance, and mobile responsiveness. Maintain backups, hosting setups, and SSL/security certificates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in web development (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and related frameworks/plugins.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL.
• Basic understanding of website SEO structure and analytics integrations.
• Knowledge of hosting management (cPanel, AWS, or similar).
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot quickly.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).

KPIs:

• 95%+ website uptime across all client sites.
• Ticket/issue resolution turnaround time.
• Successful and timely completion of website updates/fixes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
