Job Description

You will be playing a crucial role as a Human Resources Trainee by supporting the HR department in ensuring the smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include working on target-oriented recruitment activities such as CV screening, calling, and shortlisting profiles. You will also be required to identify specific profiles from ideal companies, establish contact, engage, and hire for those profiles. Additionally, sourcing potential candidates through various online and offline platforms like company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and print media will be a part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must have a proven experience in HR functions, talent acquisition, and conflict management. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting is required, and proficiency in English is a must. The work location for this position is remote, and the job location is in Pune, Maharashtra.,
