Summary of Position: As a Recruiter at Global Xperts Inc, you will play a crucial role in building a talented and diverse workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a wide range of positions in IT, Non-IT, and technical domains. Your primary goal will be to identify top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding, for IT, Non-IT, and technical positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. ¢ ¢ Utilize various sourcing methods, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards, to identify and attract potential candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. ¢ ¢ ¢ Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.

¢ ¢ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Required Skills: ¢ ¢ ¢ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, Non-IT, and technical hiring. Proven experience sourcing and recruiting candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ¢ ¢ Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
