Department: Information Technology Shift: 24x7 shift Job Status: Full Time Duration:Permanent Location: 902, Tower B, Urbtech Trade Center, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Summary: The AWS DevOps Admin is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. This role requires expertise in automation, CI/CD pipelines, system administration, monitoring, and security. The AWS DevOps Admin works closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure that supports business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management & Automation: Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as AWS CloudFormation and Terraform. Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization in AWS environments. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions. Implement automated testing, build, and deployment processes. Support continuous delivery and integration best practices across multiple environments. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing : Maintain documentation for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational runbooks. Create knowledge base articles and provide training to team members. Support continuous improvement of DevOps processes and tools.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud administration, or system administration with a focus on AWS environments. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native architectures. Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.). Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, or similar). Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS). Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and incident response tools. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty, AWS Certified Database Specialty) are highly preferred. AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional Other relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Reliability, uptime, and performance of AWS infrastructure. Successful deployment frequency and reduced lead time for changes. Automation coverage across infrastructure and deployments. Security compliance and minimal incidents. Stakeholder satisfaction with DevOps processes and support.
