Web Developer

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive, fast-loading, SEO-friendly websites (primarily WordPress) Customize themes, create child themes, and develop custom plugins or features as needed Write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team to integrate websites with campaign goals Manage website migrations, hosting, domain setup, and security configurations Optimize website performance for speed and user experience (Core Web Vitals) Integrate third-party tools like CRMs, analytics, email platforms, and payment gateways Ensure technical SEO best practices are followed (schema, tags, structured data) Troubleshoot bugs, site issues, and implement timely fixes Key Skills Required: Proficiency in WordPress (custom development & theme/plugin management) Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery), PHP, and MySQL Experience with website performance optimization and debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, GTMetrix, etc.) Understanding of technical SEO and on-site optimization Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and staging environments Exposure to page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) Bonus: Experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, basic UI/UX, and landing page creation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred) 2–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress and coding-based website development Portfolio of past work and live website links (must be shared with application) What We Offer: Opportunity to work with creative marketing and design teams Flexible work culture (remote/hybrid) Growth-focused environment with freedom to experiment and innovate Exposure to diverse industries and global clients
