Job Title: Web Developer Location: Bangalore (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2 to 5 years About Us: We are a fast-growing digital marketing company based in Bangalore, working with clients across India and the UAE. Our team builds high-performing, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized websites that drive business results. We're now looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our in-house team. Job Summary: We are hiring a Web Developer who has strong technical skills and a creative eye. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites that are modern, fast, responsive, and secure. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with WordPress and custom development projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements Convert Figma/PSD/Adobe XD designs into functional web pages Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, mobile-optimized, and cross-browser compatible Implement tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) Maintain website speed, uptime, and performance using optimization tools Handle domain, hosting, and server configurations (cPanel, FTP, backups, etc.) Debug issues, perform regular updates, and manage website security Collaborate with the design, content, and digital marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery Required Skills : Proficiency in WordPress development (custom themes & plugins) Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery knowledge Experience with PHP and MySQL Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery (preferred) Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques (caching, CDN, image compression) Basic knowledge of SEO structure and implementation Git version control basics Good problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with WooCommerce Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration Understanding of Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix, and Core Web Vitals Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks (optional) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Web development: 3 years (Required) Web design: 2 years (Required) HTML: 3 years (Required) JavaScript: 3 years (Required) PHP: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025
