Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a DX Intern located in Pune with some work-from-home flexibility. The DX Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, analyzing data, supporting the development of market reports, assisting with competitive intelligence, and contributing to customer insights research. The intern will also be responsible for supporting the creation of executive briefs, opportunity sizing documents, and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in market research techniques, including interviews, surveys, and expert calls
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools
• Knowledge of competitive intelligence and pricing analysis
• Ability to conduct voice-of-customer research and develop buyer personas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant academic background, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Familiarity with market sizing and forecasting methods is a plus
