Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Web Developer Intern who is passionate about coding, design integration, and building digital experiences that drive results. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop, test, and deploy websites for diverse clients.

This internship is performance-based, offering real-world experience and a path to a full-time role.

Compensation Structure

• Month 1: Training & trial period (Unpaid)
• Month 2: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 stipend (based on performance)
• Month 3: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 stipend (based on performance)
• Full-time Offer: Industry-standard salary package based purely on performance and output quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and visually appealing websites using WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS/JS.
• Collaborate with designers to turn creative concepts into functional pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile compatibility.
• Troubleshoot bugs, perform maintenance, and support ongoing updates.
• Work on landing pages, microsites, and other marketing-related web assets.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any CMS (WordPress preferred).
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser testing.
• Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio, GitHub link, or examples of past projects (academic/personal) are highly preferred.
