Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern who can translate ideas into engaging visuals. You will be working on real client projects under the guidance of our senior design team — from social media creatives to brand identity concepts.

This internship is performance-based with the potential for a full-time offer upon successful completion.

Internship Structure & Compensation

• Month 1: Training & trial period (Unpaid)
• Month 2: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 stipend (based on performance)
• Month 3: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 stipend (based on performance)
• Full-time Offer: Industry-standard salary package (based purely on performance and output quality)

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital and social media campaigns.
• Assist in branding and visual identity projects.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to maintain design consistency.
• Adapt existing visuals into multiple formats and platforms.
• Support the design team with research, trend analysis, and mockups.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn fast.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup and meet deadlines consistently.
• A portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic/personal projects are welcome).
