Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to manage, develop, and maintain our websites and landing pages, with a strong focus on integration with Bitrix CRM, performance optimization, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of WordPress, front-end technologies, and CRM integration. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage WordPress websites including themes, plugins, and overall performance. Build and maintain responsive, fast-loading websites with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom PHP-based systems). Design and develop high-converting landing pages tailored for lead generation, especially for Google Ads campaigns. Integrate website lead forms with Bitrix CRM, ensuring accurate lead source and link tracking. Manage Bitrix CRM workflows, automation, and lead flow from website to CRM. Operate Hostinger panel, manage files via FTP, and troubleshoot bugs as needed. Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and user experience. Work closely with SEO, content, and marketing teams to implement campaign-specific landing pages and website updates. Ensure site security, regular backups, and database optimization (MySQL or equivalent). Use version control (Git) for code management and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Integrate third-party tools including CRMs, payment gateways, and automation tools. Maintain website consistency across browsers and devices. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in web development. Strong expertise in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and responsive design. Working knowledge of Bitrix CRM integration and workflows. Proficiency in website hosting management, FTP, and database optimization. Good understanding of SEO principles, lead tracking, and campaign landing pages. Experience with Git, website security, and third-party integrations. Ability to collaborate across teams and handle multiple projects independently. Preferred: Experience with Shopify, PHP, or similar CMS platforms. Knowledge of automation tools and advanced CRM workflows.
