Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive (Night Shift – USA Healthcare Industry)

About the Role

We are hiring a Web Developer & Digital Marketing Executive who can handle both website development and digital marketing creatives, especially Instagram ads and banner posts. If you love building responsive websites and creating engaging social media content, this role is for you.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Work Mode: Onsite (No Work from Home)
Shift Timing: Night Shift (Monday to Friday – US Hours)

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites from scratch.
• Ensure website speed, performance, and scalability.
• Integrate APIs, plugins, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Troubleshoot and resolve website performance or functionality issues.
• Optimize websites for SEO, usability, and overall user experience.
• Ensure all websites follow brand guidelines, UI/UX standards, and project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies, frameworks, and design trends.

Digital Marketing & Creatives

• Plan and create Instagram ads, banner posts, and other digital creatives.
• Design social media graphics and marketing collaterals for different campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support ongoing campaigns (email, website, social media).
• Use AI tools for design enhancement, automation, content generation, and ad creatives.
• Assist in tracking and improving campaign performance (CTR, engagement, conversions where applicable).

Collaboration

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales, product) to support business goals.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within defined timelines, especially during night shift.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in building and deploying websites from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Mandatory:
• Experience in creating Instagram ads and social media creatives (banners, posts).
• Knowledge of AI tools for web development, design, or content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts (US hours).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Experience working on healthcare domain websites.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design aesthetics.
• Basic understanding of SEO & analytics will be an added advantage.
