About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and hands-on experience with Figma. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly websites and collaborating with the development team to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create responsive website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces.

• Work with tools like Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Maintain design consistency and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in web design and UI/UX.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Web Designer/UI Designer.

• Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI/UX design).

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript.

• Experience in creating responsive and mobile-friendly designs.

• Good understanding of design systems, typography, and color theory.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices.
