Work on role-based access control, attendance modules, shift management, site supervision tools, and incident reporting. Contribute to AI-driven features. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Integrate with external APIs, third-party systems, and cloud services. Collaborate in Agile sprints, participate in code reviews, and follow best coding practices. Work closely with mobile app teams for API integration and feature alignment. Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms (AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP). Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on expertise in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/Context API. Excellent understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and backend architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB. Hands-on experience with WebSockets or real-time communication systems. Experience integrating backend systems with mobile apps (Android/iOS). Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (basic understanding is sufficient; advanced knowledge is an advantage). Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container-based deployment. Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Knowledge of React Native for mobile collaboration. Experience in security, guard management, or workforce management systems.
