Job Title: US Client Coordinator

Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Location: Kerala (Remote/On-site as applicable)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Experience working with US clients or in a BPO/IT services environment.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with US-based clients, managing communication flow, and ensuring timely follow-ups and updates between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between US clients and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with respective departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project status, follow up on deliverables, and maintain updated records.
• Prepare and share status reports, meeting notes, and other client communication materials.
• Escalate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service (preferably with international clients).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
