Web Designer

Looking for a friendly, sharp web designer to join SellWell Studio — a Webflow Premium Partner website agency that builds conversion-first websites for service businesses and product brands. If you love clean design, thoughtful UX, and turning ideas into pages that actually sell, we'd love to have you in our team.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end visual design for client websites (from discovery to final handoff).
• Create high-fidelity designs and clickable prototypes in Figma (or similar).
• Translate UX goals into clear, conversion-focused UI and interactions.
• Work closely with Webflow developers to ensure designs are implemented pixel-perfect.
• Produce design systems, reusable components, and accessible, responsive layouts.
• Participate in client calls and present design rationale with confidence and clarity.
• Iterate quickly on feedback and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years professional experience designing websites (Freshers with

  exceptional

  skills can also apply).
• Strong portfolio showing finished websites and case studies that explain your process and impact.
• Expert-level Figma skills — components, auto-layout, prototyping.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design constraints.
• Experience designing for Webflow or handing off to developers.
• Good communication skills and comfort presenting to clients.
• A bias for results — you design to solve business problems, not just make things pretty.

Nice-to-haves

• Webflow build experience (design + build).
• Basic interaction/motion design (Lottie, micro-interactions).
• UX research, accessibility, or CRO experience.
• Illustration or brand identity skills.
