Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design engaging and responsive websites that align with company branding and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and web applications. Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and browsers. Utilize tools such as Photoshop, Figma, XD, or similar design software for UI/UX design. Work closely with front-end developers to implement design concepts. Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring modern design practices are followed. Research current design trends to stay up-to-date and integrate them into projects. Optimize website designs for speed, scalability, and accessibility standards. Create visual elements such as banners, graphics, and icons as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap. Strong attention to detail and the ability to create pixel-perfect designs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
