Web Designer

As a Web Designer at BlueBee Infotech, you will be responsible for designing modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. Your strong design skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate requirements into visually appealing web layouts will be crucial for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design clean, professional, responsive website layouts (UI/UX). - Create banners, graphics, icons, and design elements for web and mobile screens. - Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - Optimize design assets for speed and user experience. - Maintain brand consistency across all digital touch points. - Understand user flows and create intuitive interfaces. - Redesign existing websites to improve aesthetics and usability. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web design. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should have strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Good understanding of HTML, CSS (basic knowledge) is required. Experience with responsive design, typography, color theory, and the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups are essential. Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and design best practices is preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects is a plus. Experience in WordPress or Webflow, familiarity with Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript will be beneficial.
