Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer with over 4+ yrs of experience, responsible for building and optimizing front-end experiences for CashKaro and EarnKaro.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize website performance and user experience through testing and analytics.
• Contribute to the creation of style guides and design documentation.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across digital platforms.

Must-Have Skills

1. Front End Web Design (React)

• Minimum 4-5 years in web design using React.
• Strong project portfolio demonstrating advanced skills.
• Ability to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs with Figma.
• Mastery of Figma and other tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
• Proven track record in designing exceptional websites.

2. Technical Proficiency

• Deep knowledge of Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms (SASS or LESS).
• Expertise with responsive design and optimizing for cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as TailwindCSS.

3. Performance & Optimization

• Experience with web performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting).
• Knowledge of Google Page Load guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with high concurrency applications (500-5000 simultaneous users).
• Familiarity with audit tools like Google Lighthouse and GTmetrix.

4. SEO Best Practices

• Solid understanding of SEO best practices to enhance site rankings and discoverability.

5. Learning & Growth

• Eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.
