About the Role

Assay Genie

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance our website, including product listings, theme files, and front-end adjustments.
  • Identify operational and logistics bottlenecks, developing automation solutions to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.
  • Gain expertise in business tools (inventory, ERP, accounting) and support their seamless integration into workflows.
  • Use Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning, reporting, and advanced analysis.
  • Explore and deploy AI tools to optimize internal processes and enhance workforce productivity.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms preferred).
  • Proficiency in Python, including Selenium and automation script development.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, macros, integrations).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud or similar; basic function deployment).
  • Quick to learn new software and adaptable to evolving tech stacks.
  • Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Xero, Cin7) is a plus.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset and strong ownership of projects.
