To support our rapidly growing digital-first business, we’re looking for a Web & Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of web development, automation, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine hands-on technical skills with problem-solving across eCommerce, logistics, and automation—helping us streamline workflows, scale smarter, and keep scientists smiling. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance our website, including product listings, theme files, and front-end adjustments. Identify operational and logistics bottlenecks, developing automation solutions to reduce manual work and boost efficiency. Gain expertise in business tools (inventory, ERP, accounting) and support their seamless integration into workflows. Use Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning, reporting, and advanced analysis. Explore and deploy AI tools to optimize internal processes and enhance workforce productivity. Requirements Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms preferred). Proficiency in Python, including Selenium and automation script development. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, macros, integrations). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud or similar; basic function deployment). Quick to learn new software and adaptable to evolving tech stacks. Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Xero, Cin7) is a plus. A proactive problem-solving mindset and strong ownership of projects. Why Join Us?
