Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance our website, including product listings, theme files, and front-end adjustments. Identify operational and logistics bottlenecks, developing automation solutions to reduce manual work and boost efficiency. Gain expertise in business tools (inventory, ERP, accounting) and support their seamless integration into workflows. Use Excel/Google Sheets for data cleaning, reporting, and advanced analysis. Explore and deploy AI tools to optimize internal processes and enhance workforce productivity. Requirements Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms preferred). Proficiency in Python, including Selenium and automation script development. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, macros, integrations). Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud or similar; basic function deployment). Quick to learn new software and adaptable to evolving tech stacks. SEO is at the heart of this expansion — and we’re looking for an SEO Manager to drive our global organic visibility. 📌 Role Overview The SEO Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing Assay Genie’s SEO strategy across all product and content categories. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and web teams to drive organic traffic, rankings, and revenue through data-driven SEO campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy to scale Assay Genie’s presence in global search results. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic visibility across global markets. Perform keyword research & clustering around immunology, oncology, assays, antibodies, and related research areas. Work with the content/marketing team to build SEO-driven content pipelines (blog posts, product pages, landing pages, PubMed-related content). Conduct on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, schema/structured data, internal linking, etc.). Manage technical SEO audits — site speed, crawlability, indexation, duplicate content. Build and manage a backlink strategy (digital PR, guest posting, collaborations). Track performance with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush . Provide monthly SEO reports on traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI. Collaborate with developers to implement structured data (JSON-LD), site architecture improvements, and UX updates . Stay up-to-date on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and competitor activity. ✅ Requirements 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house). Strong knowledge of technical SEO , on-page and off-page optimization. Experience with SEO tools : Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4. Understanding of content marketing in a scientific/technical domain is a strong advantage. Familiarity with schema markup, site speed optimization, and HTML basics . Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication skills (English, written & verbal). 🎯 Nice-to-Haves Background in life sciences / biotech (preferred). Experience with e-commerce SEO at scale (thousands of SKUs).
