Job Description

As a Sales Manager at our organization, your key responsibilities will include driving topline in the assigned productivity, achieving business targets, and maintaining a healthy product mix. You will be responsible for increasing customer acquisition in the assigned territory, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers, and enhancing the number of products sold per customer. In terms of operational effectiveness, you will need to track and ensure efficient business processes and operations across the Customer Lifecycle, including sourcing, approval, servicing, and collections. You will drive process efficiencies and faster turnaround times by collaborating with stakeholders across different functions such as Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance. It will also be crucial for you to adopt improved processes and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness, productivity, and overall business contribution of DSAs for ABHFL. Additionally, you will be expected to keep a close watch on the market to identify new business opportunities, monitor the competition and their products, activities, engagements, and strategies, and share market/competition updates with seniors and management to help the company stay informed and ahead of the competition. Furthermore, investing in self-learning and capability building will be essential for your personal growth and success in this role. Leveraging online and offline learning and development platforms will enable you to enhance your skills and expertise continuously.,
