Job Description

1. Executive Chef (Up to ₹70,000)

Responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality, and staff supervision. Ensures consistency in food presentation, taste, and hygiene standards. Manages kitchen budgets, inventory, and vendor relations while maintaining cost control and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of culinary experience.
  • Strong leadership and creative menu development skills.
  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts.

2. Senior CDP (Chef de Partie) (Up to ₹40,000)

Supervises a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry). Prepares dishes according to recipes and ensures quality control. Assists the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in training junior staff.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as CDP or similar role.
  • Expertise in a particular cuisine section.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

3. Commi 1 (Up to ₹28,000)

Assists senior chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks. Maintains kitchen cleanliness and follows hygiene standards. Prepares ingredients and ensures smooth operation during service.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of kitchen experience.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Willingness to learn and work under supervision.

4. Commi 2 (Up to ₹20,000)

Supports Commi 1 and CDPs in food preparation. Responsible for basic cooking tasks, chopping, marinating, and assisting with mise en place.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to develop culinary skills.

5. Commi 3 (Up to ₹15,000)

Entry-level kitchen position assisting in basic food prep and maintaining cleanliness. Learns cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Freshers can apply.
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

6. Kitchen Helper (Up to ₹12,000)

Assists kitchen staff with cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining hygiene standards. Helps in carrying and organizing kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene.
  • Physically fit and punctual.

7. Delivery Staff (Up to ₹15,000)

Responsible for delivering food orders to customers promptly and safely. Maintains delivery records and ensures customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (two-wheeler).
  • Good communication and time management skills.

8. Storekeeper / Inventory Controller (Up to ₹20,000)

Manages inventory of raw materials and kitchen supplies. Maintains stock levels, checks incoming materials, and coordinates with suppliers and kitchen staff.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory or store management.
  • Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.

9. Admin / Accounts Assistant (Up to ₹18,000)

Handles administrative duties including record management, billing, petty cash, and documentation. Supports daily operations and assists in financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Commerce graduate preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
