Setting limits of the clients on individual client basis Looking for the Risk of clients of NSE Cash and F&O Risk online and offline clients. Executive (RMS Department) Equity Monitoring Risks of client's & Sub-Broker. Providing additional margins to the clients as per the requirements. Resolving Clients queries and complaints on Calls and Mail. Assist Customers on inbound calls for easy trade. Squaring off the Positions which is on continuous Margin Shortage & Pure Risk. Maintaining Daily Live & Continuous Margin Shortfall File. Following up with SB's & Clients for the Expiry Positions. Allocation.
