We are Hiring: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant (PBCS) | 8+ Years | Remote (India)| 6 month contract

Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant

full-time remote contract role

Key Responsibilities

• Configure & implement

  Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)

  modules (Planning,

  PBCS

  – must be expert level).
• Drive

  FP&A

  : budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Basic Knowledge of FCCS & ARCS preferred.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and run workshops.
• Lead testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
• Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Desired Profile

• Must-have:

  Min. 5+ years of Hands-on experience in

  EPM tools

  (PBCS, EPBCS etc)
• 3+ years in

  Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), close, and reconciliation

  .
• 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
• Proficiency with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
• Excellent communication & documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an offshore/remote setup.

Preferred Skills

• MBA Finance, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
• Oracle certifications (EPM/Financials).
• Industry exposure: Manufacturing, Energy, or Services.
• Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi, Informatica).
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• Knowldge of EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAC is a plus but not mandatory

Work Timings:

• Flexibility to align with US business hours for around 2-3 hours
• Availability during key milestone meetings, Co-ordination with Onsite/client

• ✅ Immediate joiners or max 30 days' notice period preferred
• 🕒 This is a full-time contract role (not part-time or hourly)
