Job Description

Role & responsibilities

sale of Power and Distribution Transformers. The role will focus on EPC contractors, turnkey electrical distribution

developers, and institutional clients such as Railways, Metro authorities, Housing Societies, and Defense establishments.

You will act as the interface between the client and internal departments to ensure technical and commercial success of

projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

- Identify and pursue business opportunities with EPC contractors and Turnkey Infrastructure Players and Electricity

Distribution Utilities (Discoms) and Boards.

- Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle from enquiry to contract finalization.

- Develop new institutional clients including Railways, Metro projects, Defense, and Public Sector Units (PSUs).

Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

- Understand client needs and propose technically and commercially viable transformer solutions.

Internal Coordination

- Liaise with Engineering, Production, Commercial, and Logistics departments to ensure alignment with client

requirements.

- Coordinate technical documentation, commercial offers, dispatch schedules, and post-order services.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

- Provide strategic input on pricing, tendering, and new market entry opportunities.

- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
