No of VacanciesReports toTreasury Operations: Head - Fx Interbank & Merchant/Overseas/Non-SLR/ BullionIs a Team leaderNTeam SizeGradeAM-SMBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentWholesale Banking OperationsSub-DepartmentWBO - TOLocationCO - MumbaiAbout Treasury OperationsTreasury Operations handles all the operational activities for Treasury Products The department is responsible for smooth functioning of deal acceptance, verification, settlement, accounting valuation, reconciliation and MIS relating to all Treasury Products for Domestic as well as international branches They are also responsible for payment via RTGS and NEFT as well as custodial services which includes custody settlement, client onboarding and fund accountingAbouttheRoleThe incumbent needs to have knowledge of all the regulatory guidelines of Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Products,, Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Products,Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Product,Exposure of handling documentation like ISDA documentation, Board Resolution etcExposure of handling underlying documentation provided by the corporate counterparties for Derivative Contracts----Check and maintain Underlying Documents submitted by the corporate counterpartiesNegotiate ISDA documents with the counterpartyEnsure timely submission of Internal and Regulatory ReportsResponsible for obtaining Board Resolution as per RBI guidelinesEnsure error free documentation with both suppliers and clients in respect of derivatives businessCompletion of ISDA and related documentation within the strict timelinesResponsible for Currency and Interest Rate Derivatives Product like IRS, CCS and Fx OptionsQualificationsGraduate/ Post graduate from a recognized institute2-5 years of relevant work experienceRole ProficienciesKnowledge of industry and product trendsKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skillAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
