Ensure prompt resolution of business requirements

Ensuring compliance of guidelines (Internal/regulatory) related to Credit Delivery activities

Monthly & fortnightly maintain the Banks exposure data and regularly publish to all stakeholders

Initiatives taken for improvement in TAT & Reduction of NFTR

Timely and accurate submission of subsidy claim and adjustment thereof under various subsidy schemes

Achieve defined increase in productivity

Timely submission of review, reconciliation & monitoring of Credit Delivery activities and gap observed during SOX/ EGRC walk through

Sharing Exchange of Information on a quarterly basis to all the banks & tracking of inward EOI

Guide & train the team member to manage the work efficiently

Graduate

8-10 of work experience in BFSI sector

Proficiency in Microsoft excel and other data analysis tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal & external stakeholder.

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skills

Ability to manage complex client situations

Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
