Strategic Initiatives & Innovation - Spearhead parallel R&D and pilot projects in: - Clean energy generation from waste (Waste-to-Energy) - Sewage-to-potable water conversion - Advanced retrofit aeration systems (Jet Aeration) for SBR retrofits - Building cross-functional task forces to develop prototypes, test feasibility, and drive commercialization. At Leadership Level - Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering and project delivery team. - Build capacity for scale, implement processes and frameworks to manage 200+ parallel projects. - Set technical vision and promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and excellence. Requirements - Masters degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment, infrastructure execution, or clean-tech projects. - Strong background in project management, people management, Civil and MEP integration, automation, and process optimization. - Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and multi-site project execution. - Exposure to innovation projects or pilot systems in clean energy/water reuse is a big plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with lean teams and big ambitions.
