Role & responsibilities Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting MM Aqua's portfolio of products and services for water and wastewater treatment. This role combines technical product knowledge with a solution-selling approach to meet customer process needs and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients including EPC contractors, consultants, industries, and government bodies. Conduct market research and build a strong pipeline of opportunities across municipal and industrial segments. 2. Technical Sales & Promotion Promote products such as TubeDek (settler media) , BioDek/MBBR (biofilm carriers) , and air diffusers by understanding customer processes like STP, ETP, and WTP. Deliver technical presentations and conduct product demonstrations at client premises or virtually. 3. Customer Engagement Understand client pain points related to process performance (e.g., poor BOD/COD removal, sludge settling issues, energy efficiency). Suggest value-engineered solutions using MM Aquas offerings aligned with project technical specifications. 4. Proposal Coordination Liaise with the proposal and design teams for timely submission of techno-commercial offers. Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines. 5. Post-Sales Support Coordinate with dispatch and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation support. Collect customer feedback, track project progress, and build long-term business relationships. Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E. in Environmental / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering (preferred) Familiarity with water treatment process equipment and standards is desirable Key Skills: Strong technical acumen in water/wastewater treatment technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to understand process flow diagrams and basic technical drawings Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and market mapping techniques
