KODAND INTERNATIONAL Authorised Distributor for leading FMCG & Beverage Brands We are a well-established distribution company representing reputed brands such as HUL, ITC, Pepsi, Campa Cola , and more. We supply to Tuticorin and surrounding districts , and also actively engage in export and import operations . We are seeking a reliable and Experienced Water plant Operator to oversee the production, treatment, and quality control of purified water systems. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain water purification equipment, conduct regular system checks, and ensure that all output meets safety and regulatory standards. for Parle's Bailley Packaged Drinking Water : Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and maintain purified water systems, including reverse osmosis (RO), deionization (DI), UV sterilization, and filtration units. Conduct daily water quality tests (pH, conductivity, TDS, microbial testing) to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor and record system parameters, performance, and production logs. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning (CIP/SIP), and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment. Follow and enforce safety procedures, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOPs. Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of chemicals and purified water. Report system malfunctions or deviations to supervisors and assist with corrective actions. Support audits and inspections from regulatory bodies (FDA, EPA, etc.). Maintain inventory of consumables and spare parts for purification equipment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or a degree in water technology, chemistry, or a related field is preferred. 3–5 years of experience in water treatment, beverage production, or a related environment. Understanding of purified water systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., USP, WHO, or ISO standards). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks in a plant setting. Basic computer and data entry skills. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a production/industrial environment with exposure to water, chemicals, and machinery. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
