We supply to Tuticorin and surrounding districts , and also actively engage in export and import operations . We are currently hiring skilled and Experienced Blow Moulding Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting blow moulding machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production for Parle's Bailley Packaged Drinking Water Key Responsibilities: Operate and set up blow moulding machines according to production requirements. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal product quality. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Assist in mould changes and machine adjustments. Maintain records of production and machine performance. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Blow Moulding Technician. Strong knowledge of blow moulding processes, machine operations, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Understanding of quality control standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
